The 6 Pocket League™ is a DBA of 6 Pocket, Inc. which has a simple focused mission:
To elevate the billiards industry to a never before seen level of social acceptability and professional competition.
The 6 Pocket League™ (6PL) business strategy is to deploy the game and concept of 6 Pocket™ (6 POCKET) through entertainment facilities that feature billiards by developing:
6PL Members: The 6PL Member (MEMBER/MEMBERS) is any individual wishing to participate in sanctioned 6 POCKET competitions at any of our network of 6PL Sanctioned Facilities, establish an official 6PL sanctioned Level Play™ Handicap, and have authorization to use the 6PL Member Web-Site(s).
6PL Sanctioned Facilities: The 6PL Sanctioned Facility (6PLSF) is a facility providing structured 6 POCKET competitions and Level Play™ Handicapping Sessions, and is the entity through which the resulting MEMBER scores are submitted to the Level Play™ Handicap System.
MEMBERS of the 6PL share four (4) general benefits (collectively MEMBERSHIP and/or MEMBER BENEFITS) as detailed below:

The opportunity to participate in sanctioned 6 POCKET competitions whenever, and wherever they are held, by presenting a bona fide MEMBER Identification Card.

The opportunity to qualify for and participate in a series of 6 Pocket, Inc. sponsored regional and national 6 POCKET competitions.
-
The right to establish and have maintained by the 6PL, a Level Play™ Handicap.
- The right to access and use under the terms and conditions spelled out therein, the industry leading 6PL web-site (SITE and/or SITES)
MEMBERSHIP Fees, Payment Methods, Activation, Expiration, and Renewal:
MEMBERSHIPS can be purchased either on the 6PL web-site or participating 6PLSFs and must be activated through the 6PL defined activation process (ACTIVATED, MADE ACTIVE, ACTIVATION and/or ACTIVE) in order to become valid. The cost of MEMBERSHIP in 6PL is $23.99 USD, plus applicable taxes (MEMBERSHIP, and/or MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL, FEE) and each individual and/or entity may only maintain one (1) ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP. 6PL accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover, and/or money orders or cashiers checks. MEMBERSHIPS can be purchased on-line, using the 6PL “JOIN!” process (credit cards only); by phone at 979-242-4095 (credit cards only); by fax at 979-242-4098 (credit cards only); or by mail at 6 Pocket League, 4441 W. Old Lockhart Rd., Muldoon, Texas, 78949, Attention: New Membership Sales (credit cards, money orders, or cashiers checks). There is no trial period offered by 6PL, nor are the MEMBERSHIP and/or MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL FEES refundable once the MEMBERSHIP has been ACTIVATED.
Each MEMBERSHIP and its associated MEMBERSHIP credential(s) – at a minimum, a 6PL issued identification card containing the MEMBER’S name and identification number of record (6PL ID CARD) – are valid (CURRENT) only for the period of three hundred sixty four (364) consecutive calendar days immediately following the day the MEMBERSHIP is ACTIVATED. The 6PL ID CARD will also clearly show the expiration date of the MEMBERSHIP and may be declined for acceptance by any 6PLSF after said expiration date has been reached. 6PL will continue to honor any MEMBERSHIP and/or its associated MEMBER BENEFITS as CURRENT for a grace period not to exceed thirty (30) calendar days following the expiration date of the MEMBERSHIP, in the effort to facilitate renewal of the MEMBERSHIP. On the 31st day following the expiration date of any MEMBERSHIP, 6PL will de-ACTIVATE each non-renewed MEMBERSHIP and withdraw any and all MEMBER BENEFITS from that MEMBERSHIP and/or MEMBER.
Each MEMBERSHIP may be automatically renewed by charging the MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL FEE against the MEMBER’S credit card of record, if any, on the day immediately following that MEMBERSHIP’S expiration date, provided that 6PL will notify each MEMBER in writing via that MEMBER’S United States Postal Service mail, email, and 6PL “Message Center” addresses that an automatic MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL FEE is about to be charged against their credit card of record, if any, at least forty five (45) calendar days prior to that MEMBERSHIP’S expiration date. Each MEMBER so notified has the right to notify 6PL in writing of their intention to decline assessment of the MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL FEE against their credit card of record, if any, and thereby allow their MEMBERSHIP to lapse, provided that such notification take place no less than fifteen (15) days prior to that MEMBERSHIP’S expiration date, and that such notification happen via United States Postal Service mail addressed to 6 Pocket League, 4441 W. Old Lockhart Rd., Muldoon, Texas, 78949, Attn: Renewals Department, and/or by emailing renewals@6pocket.com. If notification of the MEMBER’S intent to decline this automatic MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL FEE is not received via at least one (1) of the two (2) methods listed above (for the case where the notice is sent via USPS – postmarked) by the fourteenth (14th) day immediately preceding the MEMBERSHIP’S expiration date, then the MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL FEE will be charged to the MEMBER’S credit card of record, if any, and the MEMBERSHIP will be renewed and be considered CURRENT and ACTIVE. 6PL will forward to the MEMBER a complete new set of MEMBERSHIP credentials for any MEMBERSHIP renewed in this manner.
For renewal of any MEMBERSHIP for which there is no credit card of record, 6PL will notify each MEMBER in writing via that MEMBER’S United States Postal Service mail, email, and 6PL “Message Center” addresses that the MEMBERSHIP is about expire, at least forty five (45) calendar days prior to that MEMBERSHIP’S expiration date. Each MEMBER so notified has the right to renew their MEMBERSHIP by providing for the MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL FEE using any one of the previously outlined payments methods, provided that the MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL FEE is provided prior to the expiration of the grace period as defined above, and with the understanding that the MEMBERSHIP will then be renewed and be considered CURRENT and ACTIVE. 6PL will forward to the MEMBER a complete new set of MEMBERSHIP credentials for any MEMBERSHIP renewed in this manner.
MEMBERS may at their sole discretion, and without notice from 6PL, renew their MEMBERSHIP for a period of one year, by providing for the MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL FEE using any one of the previously outlined payments methods, provided that the MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL FEE is provided prior to the expiration of the grace period as defined above, and with the understanding that the MEMBERSHIP will then be renewed and be considered CURRENT and ACTIVE. 6PL will forward to the MEMBER a complete new set of MEMBERSHIP credentials for any MEMBERSHIP renewed in this manner.
6PL Sanctioned Facility (6PLSF), SERVICES, DISCOUNTS, and POINTS:
The 6PL Sanctioned Facility (6PLSF) is typically an entertainment facility which features billiards and which has applied for, and been awarded, the status of “Sanctioned Facility” by the 6PL. In order to be recognized with this status, the facility must demonstrate to the 6PL that it is in the position to, and has the infrastructure and desire to provide certain services (collectively SERVICES), to the 6PL MEMBERS. These SERVICES include at a minimum:
- At least weekly, advertise (either through the SITES, the BROCHURE, or other 6PLSF controlled mechanisms such as written, displayed, spoken, and/or mailed advertisements or offerings), organize and hold one (1) Sanctioned 6PL Competition (COMPETITON) using the COMPETITON guidelines as published by the 6PL on the SITE for both the scoring and ranking formats for the COMPETITION.
- On a periodic basis of their choosing, conduct Official Level Play Handicapping Sessions (SESSIONS) using the SESSIONS guidelines as published by the 6PL on the SITE for both the scoring and ranking formats for the SESSIONS.
- Within 24 hours of said COMPETITION or SESSIONS, and using the scorecards gathered during same, submit the MEMBERS’ scores on the SITE using the secure portal provided by the 6PL to the 6PLSF in order to record the MEMBERS’ scores in the Level Play™ Handicapping System.
- Make available on an “in person” request basis only, to the MEMBERS registered under that 6PLSF’s Invitation Code, the individual Level Play™ Handicap Number Label, provided to the 6PLSF by the 6PL on a monthly basis.
The 6PLSF at it’s sole discretion, may provide other SERVICES to the 6PL MEMBER on a schedule and at a pricing structure defined by the 6PLSF, by using the secure 6PLSF web portal provided by 6PL on the 6PL web-sites (SITES and/or BROCHURE), and publish and maintain a set of OTC and/or other promotional specials, discounts, incentives, or special sales initiatives
(collectively DISCOUNTS) within the BROCHURE.
The 6PLSF will honor their OTC DISCOUNTS for the SERVICES, promoted by the 6PLSF to the 6PL MEMBERS (either through the SITES, the BROCHURE, or other 6PLSF controlled mechanisms such as written, displayed, spoken, and/or mailed advertisements or offerings) upon presentation by the 6PL MEMBER of a CURRENT 6PL ID CARD, at any point-of-sale counter, machine, or other methodology (POS) managed and/or maintained by the VENDOR.
The 6PLSF will honor the redemption (as defined in the DISCOUNTS) of any and all SERVICES and/or DISCOUNTS offered through the BROCHURE, or intranet mail facilities of the SITES, and which are purchased through the SITES by the 6PL MEMBERS.
Any 6PLSF may elect, at its sole discretion, to discontinue its participation in the 6PL, provided that they honor the redemption of any SERVICES, DISCOUNTS, and/or POINTS by bona fide 6PL MEMBERS for that period of time which is the greater of the period of time defined in the SERVICES, DISCOUNTS, and/or POINTS, and thirty (30) days.
6PL MEMBER Participation in the 6PL Member Referral Programs:
From time to time, the 6PL may, at it’s sole discretion publish and promote the existence of a Member Referral Program (MRP/MRPS) of specific duration. All MEMBERS of the 6PL have the right (although it is not a requirement) to participate in any 6PL MRP. Participation and use of the 6PL MRPS by the MEMBER is defined by the provisions as set forth in the then current MRP documentation, if any, as published and maintained on the SITES by 6PL. Acceptance of this 6PL “Member Policy” is acknowledgement that all MEMBERS understand that with the exception of the policy statements set forth below, the aforementioned MRP documentation, and not this Member Policy, control all aspects of the then current MRP, if any.
For the MEMBER, there is one (1) primary mode for participation in the MRPs; referral based MEMBERSHIP sales (REFERRALS). In this mode, the 6PL MEMBER, using the “Invitation Code” assigned to MEMBER by the 6PL, simply refers prospective individuals and/or entities to 6PL and when said prospective individuals and/or entities acquire a MEMBERSHIP, using the aforementioned invitation code, through any one (1) of the methods as defined above in the section headed “MEMBERSHIP Fees, Payment Methods, Activation, Expiration, and Renewal:”, and subsequently ACTIVATES same, the referring 6PL MEMBER is paid a reward for that REFERRAL. It is acknowledged that all of these sales will be made at the then current 6PL MEMBERSHIP FEE and that no discounts are provided for MEMBERSHIPS sold in this manner.
Calculations of the rewards for these REFERRALS are made by 6PL on the fifth (5th) day of each month, using the data from the previous month and using the sales price information contained in the 6PL data records. The corresponding MRP Reward Checks (CHECKS), if any, are forwarded to the individual MEMBER at their CHECKS USPS address of record no later than the fifteenth (15th) day of the month immediately following the month in which the rewards were earned. Further, 6PL reserves the right to accumulate, rather than issue CHECKS, the rewards earnings from any MEMBER’S REFERRALS from month to month until such time as those earnings total $50.00 US or more, and/or until such time as the monies accumulated total less the $50.00 US, but have been accumulated over a period that is greater than or equal to ninety (90) days.
6PL MEMBESHIP Policy, General Provisions:
MEMBERSHIP in the 6PL, its affiliates and subsidiaries, is made available at the sole discretion of the 6PL and the rights and obligations of the 6PL MEMBER may be transferred or assigned, without notice, at any time by the 6PL to any other related or non-related individual or entity, and upon such transfer or assignment, the performance of said rights and obligations shall become the responsibility of that individual or entity to which the transference or assignment was made. Further, any and all interpretations of this “Membership Policy” and/or the MEMBER BENEFITS shall be at the sole discretion of the 6PL and the 6PL reserves the right to, without prior notice, delete from, add to, modify, or otherwise change this “Membership Policy” and /or any other related rules or documents.
In some cases, certain 6PLSFS and/or other companies may have internal policies that restrict or prohibit their employees from participating in this or similar membership programs. All 6PL MEMBERS indemnify and hold 6PL harmless with respect to any and all direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the MEMBER’S failure to comply with these policies, and no refund will be made to any MEMBER whose MEMBERSHIP has to be cancelled as a result of same.
Access to and use of the 6PL SITES by the MEMBER is limited to the provisions as set forth in the 6PL SITES “Terms and Conditions of Use”, as published and maintained on the SITES by the 6PL, and acceptance of this 6PL “Membership Policy” is acknowledgement that all MEMBERS have read and understood the 6PL SITES “Terms and Conditions of Use” and its meaning with regard to acquisition and ACTIVATION of a MEMBERSHIP.
MEMBER data, personal and otherwise, is maintained and used only in strict accordance with the 6PL “Privacy Policy”, as published and maintained on the SITES by the 6PL, and acceptance of this 6PL “Membership Policy” is acknowledgement that all MEMBERS have read and understood the 6PL “Privacy Policy” and its meaning with regard to the acquisition and ACTIVATION of a MEMBERSHIP.
All of the SERVICES and/or DISCOUNTS provided through the 6PL MEMBER BENEFITS are made and offered at the sole discretion of the 6PLSFS. The 6PLSFS reserve the right, at their sole discretion. to change the contents of their SERVICES and/or DISCOUNTS from time to time, and at any time, without prior notice to the 6PL MEMBERS, provided that these changes to the SERVICES and/or DISCOUNTS, are not made retroactive to the accumulated and/or valid, but yet to be redeemed, SERVICES and/or DISCOUNTS. The requirement of the 6PL to notify 6PL MEMBERS of said changes to any 6PLSF SERVICES and/or DISCOUNTS, will be limited to the 6PL SITE’s “Message Center” facilities and shall include only ACTIVE MEMBERS.
Under no circumstances, nor at any time, will valid, but yet to be redeemed, DISCOUNTS and/or SERVICES be transferable by or between any two or more MEMBERS and/or MEMBERSHIPS.
6PL, its affiliates and/or subsidiaries, if any, make no guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind, expressed or implied, with respect to items of merchandise provided through the 6PLSF’s SERVICES and/or DISCOUNTS nor with respect to items of merchandise provided through the 6PL MEMBER MERCHANDISE page, and shall not be liable for any loss, expense (including without limitation, court and attorneys' fees), accident or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the use of such items or as a result of any defect or failure of such items. Any implied warranties of merchantability for a particular purpose are specifically herein disclaimed.
6PL reserves the right to cancel and revoke without refund to the MEMBER, and/or penalty to 6PL, and/or recourse on the MEMBER’S part against 6PL its affiliates and/or subsidiaries, any individual MEMBERSHIP and all of the associated MEMBER BENEFITS including any and all yet to be redeemed SERVICES and/or DISCOUNTS for activities and/or actions taken by the MEMBER which include but are not limited to:
- Violation of any of the terms, conditions, or provisions of this “Membership Policy” and/or the 6PL SITES “Terms and Conditions of Use”, and/or the 6PL “Privacy Policy” ; or
- The attempt to falsify and/or otherwise misrepresent the MEMBER’S Level Play™ Handicap Number; or
- The attempt to falsify and/or otherwise misrepresent any score and/or scorecard resulting from a COMPETITON and/or SESSION turned in to a 6PLSF for submission to the Level Play™ Handicapping System; or
- Violation and/or abuse of any of the guidelines for Sanctioned Facility 6 POCKET COMPETITONS and/or SESSIONS; or
- Violation of any local, state, or federal laws or regulations during the use of the MEMBERSHIP or any of the associated MEMBER BENEFITS, SERVICES and/or DISCOUNTS; or
- Any other actions or activities as may be deemed detrimental to the 6PL, the 6PL’s MEMBERS, and/or the 6PL’s 6PLSFs.

Further, MEMBERS engaging in fraud or abuse pertaining or related to the above are subject to the 6PL taking all applicable and/or appropriate action as allowed by Alabama law, including, without limitation, the forfeiture of MEMBER BENEFITS and the cancellation of their MEMBERSHIP without refund to the MEMBER, and/or penalty to the 6PL, and/or recourse on the MEMBER’S part against the 6PL its affiliates and/or subsidiaries.
