All of the financial estimates used by 6PI and the 6PL when promoting the League and its 2011 Tournament Season are based on a $1.00 per Member "set-aside" (in escrow) on 10,000 Members per Region playing an average of thirty-six (36) times each during the forty-two (42) week Regular Season which begins January 1st, 2011 and ends October
21st, 2011.
Additional monies are collected in the Regional Escrow Fund (REF) from the remainder of entry fees actually collected, less consolation prizes paid, during the six (6) Progression Events leading up to the Regional (final) Tournaments. All of the monies are collected and escrowed for the individual Regions where they originated.

Regular Season! - We have designed our year around 2 distinct seasons...AND both let you win big! Our 2011 "Regular Season" runs from January 1st to October 21st, and consists of three (3) fourteen week long sessions. Our 2011 "Tournament Season" runs from October 22nd through December 18th. See bottom of page for all the details.
Not only do our Sanctioned Facilities pay-out cash at every competition, but the individual sessions culminate in their own cash purse Session Ending Events. Either way, with 6 POCKET you're always playing for cash during the Regular Season. |

Tournament Season! - When Tournament Season begins, things really get interesting! Unlike other leagues that make big money off their annual events, with 6PL it's all about rewarding the players.
Our Tournament Season begins on October 22nd with a weekend where everyone who has entered 36 competitions in the regular season gets to play....and ends the weekend before Christmas with 4 Regional Tournament (finals) where the top 30 players are competing for a share of $64,750!* |
Where You Can Play! - There are actually 4 events; one in each of our "regions" - West, Central, Northeast, and South East. To get to the one in your region all you have to do is win during our series of progression competitions! And since you always get to use your Level Play™ Handicap, your chance of winning is just as good as anyone else.
Since 6 POCKET
is truly an individual sport, all of the progression competitions are played in local Sanctioned Facilities, and the only events that involve any travel are the Regional Tournaments. Better still, the 6PL pays the travel costs for ALL of the 180 players who progress to the Regional Tournaments! |

Why You Will Get Paid! - And if all that weren't enough, even the players who don't win get paid! That's right, even if your score from a progression competition is not good enough to get you into the next event, you still get paid cash for participating.
In fact, during the Tournament Season, a set of reasonable entry fees have been assigned to the progression tournaments that allow us, when combined with a portion of the Regional Escrow Funds, to pay the players below the cut-line a consolation prize equal to the entry fees they have paid to date, so the worst you can do is break even! |
How You Can Make It Big! - If you're good enough to make it to the Regional Tournament, you will be competing for over $150,000 in cash prizes. The single winner gets $11,000.00, 2nd wins $7,000.00, and 3rd place earns $5,000.
And we don't stop there. Not only do we spread $40,000 plus over the next 27 places, but every one who participates is guaranteed at least $525.00. That's right! Everyone wins something, and at the lowest level it's still enough to cover your entry fees from the Tournament Season AND the $400.00 in entry fees you paid during the Regular Season. |

* The Regional Tournament (final) set-aside is built in escrow (Regional Escrow Fund - REF) by contributing $1.00 of every entry fee paid in that region. The dollar amounts provided above are estimates only based on 10,000 6PL Members competing thirty-six (36) times during our 42 week regular regular season. Actual dollar amounts depend solely on the actual number of competitions held in each region during the regular season, and the numbers of players playing in them.
** Travel costs are recovered through a voucher for $750 made payable to each player who progresses to the Regional Tournament.
